About C3 SUP Yoga
C3 Standup Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga is a floating yoga studio. The founder and CEO Cynthia Chasteen has always loved the beach and ocean and has studied and led yoga classes for more than 10 years. SUP Yoga is a blend of two of her favorite things, so she decided to launch C3 SUP Yoga to share her passions!
We are based in Columbia, MO, and travel to local lakes and other bodies of water to provide fun, challenging and relaxing SUP Yoga classes.

About Cynthia
Cynthia Carter Chasteen (C3), PhD, E-RYT 200, RCYT, YACEP, is the Founder and CEO of C3 SUP Yoga. She has been guiding yoga and meditation classes for kids and adults for more than 10 years. Cynthia received her initial SUP Yoga certification in Tulum, Mexico, in December of 2023, and just completed another with Jessica Amendola of SUP Yoga Center in Wrightsville Beach, NC. She is excited to bring SUP Yoga to mid-Missouri and beyond!

Cynthia Chasteen, PhD, E-RYT 200, RCYT, YACEP, has been leading yoga and meditation classes for adults and kids for 12 years. She has trained in various styles of yoga asana including hatha, vinyasa, restorative, and both Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket Vinyasa with David Kyle and Manuel Oria in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Cynthia is currently working on a 300 hour teacher training with Jules Mitchell.
